Dit is hetzelfde rolmodel voor elk PlusClouds-product — cloud, LeadOcean en facturering.

| Account Owner / Admin | You, or whoever administers your account | Full control over your account, users, billing, and resources. |
| Member | Your team members | Manage their own resources (servers, SSH keys); can't manage billing or other users. |
| Success Manager | PlusClouds support staff assigned to your account | Read access plus the ability to create/update users — for support purposes only. |
| Public / Unauthenticated | Anyone without a token | Read-only access to public data only. |
| System Administrator | PlusClouds platform team | Platform-wide access to operate the service — not assignable within customer accounts. |

PlusClouds-infrastructuur is ISO/IEC 27001 en SOC 2 Type II gecertificeerd, met AES-256 encryptie in rust, TLS 1.3 tijdens transport, en gegevensresidentie in de EU — volledig GDPR-conform.
