Faik Tunay

I was elected as one of the youngest members of the Turkish Grand National Assembly in the June 12, 2011 elections and served for 4 years in our parliament, which is the most important institution of the nation, the owner of sovereignty without any conditions. I started my political career at the age of 18 in the Motherland Party and continued to defend the same principles throughout my 4 years in office. At the end of my term, I understood once again how true the words of one of our former Prime Ministers were: 'Politics is a struggle so difficult and arduous that it should not be recommended to your loved ones, but it is also a sacred cause that should not be left to your enemies.' May God grant me the opportunity to serve this noble nation on every platform.
