Bahar Aktan

I am Bahar Aktan, a Child Development Specialist and Baby Sleep Consultant. I work particularly on attachment and sleep from an attachment perspective, providing training and consultancy to families. As one of the first parent educators of Attachment Parenting International in Turkey, I offer a trauma-preventive parenting education program based on the official book of the organization. Since 2019, I have been providing consultancy services, blending my training and motherhood experiences to help parents understand compassionate parenting in light of the latest research.
