Financial and Banking Council of the CIS (FBS CIS)

The Financial and Banking Council of the CIS (FBS CIS) was established at the initiative of the Executive Committee of the CIS and several leading financial institutions of the Commonwealth of Independent States in December 2006 to enhance joint efforts to increase the role of financial integration in the economic cooperation processes of the member countries. Today, the founders and members of the FBS CIS include leading financial institutions such as VEB.RF, VTB Bank (PJSC), Moscow Exchange, Belarusbank, Interstate Bank, International Bank of Azerbaijan, and others.
