We are the Türkiye Devrimci Banka ve Sigorta İşçileri Sendikası (BANK-SEN), dedicated to advocating for the rights and interests of bank and insurance workers. Our mission is to promote a class struggle that prioritizes the needs of the working class, regardless of language, religion, race, sect, belief, gender, or political views. We fight for fair wages, humane working conditions, and the right to organize freely without barriers. Our commitment extends to ensuring equal pay for equal work and addressing issues of gender inequality within the banking sector. We strive for a unionism that is free from bureaucratic constraints, where workers are the true owners of their unions, and we actively engage in struggles for labor rights and freedoms.
