It is located 2.5 km from the center of Fatsa and 39 km from the center of Altınordu, situated 1.5 km south of the E70 highway. Our zone has a total area of 15,000,000 m², with 36 businesses and a 60% occupancy rate, employing a total of 8,200 people.
