Fatsa Organized Industrial Zone

Fatsa Organized Industrial Zone was established in 2003 by a decision of the Council of Ministers. It is located 2.5 km from the center of Fatsa and 39 km from the center of Altınordu, situated 1.5 km south of the E70 highway. We provide services in infrastructure, electricity distribution, and security, including a camera system and 24/7 security personnel. Our zone has a total area of 15,000,000 m², with 36 businesses and a 60% occupancy rate, employing a total of 8,200 people.
