For over 30 years, Atrium Properties has provided quality office properties for businesses in the Omaha area. The business has grown from one property in 1988 to over a dozen properties under management today. The success of the business through the years has been grounded in keeping our quality properties well-maintained and striving to keep a great relationship with each of our tenants.
