We are the Türkiye Barolar Birliği, dedicated to the legal profession and the implementation of the 35/A reconciliation process as outlined in the Turkish Attorneyship Law. Our mission is to facilitate the resolution of disputes through a swift and cost-effective reconciliation method, ensuring justice and fairness in legal proceedings. We provide training and resources for legal professionals to enhance their skills in mediation and reconciliation, promoting the protection and development of the legal profession in Turkey.
