- Analytics data (GA4): 14 months (Google default).
- Analytics data (PostHog, self-hosted): 24 months.
- Support conversations (Chatwoot): 2 years.
- Billing records: 7 years (legal / tax obligation).
- Cookie consent records: 7 days (matches re-consent cycle).
