Every account follows the same role hierarchy — from full administrative control down to read-only public access. Assign the narrowest role that gets the job done.
Account roles & permissions
This is the same role model across every PlusClouds product — cloud, LeadOcean, and billing.
| Role | Who holds it | Access level |
|---|---|---|
| Account Owner / Admin | You, or whoever administers your account | Full control over your account, users, billing, and resources. |
| Member | Your team members | Manage their own resources (servers, SSH keys); can't manage billing or other users. |
| Success Manager | PlusClouds support staff assigned to your account | Read access plus the ability to create/update users — for support purposes only. |
| Public / Unauthenticated | Anyone without a token | Read-only access to public data only. |
| System Administrator | PlusClouds platform team | Platform-wide access to operate the service — not assignable within customer accounts. |

PlusClouds infrastructure is ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified, with AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and EU-based data residency — fully GDPR compliant.
